A seasoned strategy and leadership facilitator, business performance coach, and communications advisor, Leesa is passionate about inspiring people and driving business performance through strategy alignment, strong leadership, effective communication, mindset and behavioural change.

Leesa has spent the last 15 years consulting to a vast array of organisations, including blue chip multinationals, start-ups, not for profit and high-profile individuals. She focuses on the vision and messaging within organisations who want to grow or change direction, need to lobby Government bodies or change market perception, or reinvent their approach. She has facilitated strategy development and planning sessions, coached senior leaders and designed strategic communications and execution plans.

Having spent over 10 years in a range of internal and external communication roles – Leesa often is asked to consult around message development, issues/crisis management, speech writing and communication coaching, which has led to working with many international C-Level executives and well recognised figures one on one. 

Currently, Leesa is regularly invited to speak about topics such as Organisational Culture, Resilience and Mental Toughness, Women in Leadership, The Art of Communication, Influence and Rapport, Change Fitness and Driving Business Performance. For the past 14 years, Leesa also advisors and coaches the State and National Australian of the Year award finalists and recipients, including the likes of Grace Tame, Adam Goodes, Rosie Batty, the Thai Cave Divers – Richard Harris and Craig Challen – to name a few. 

Leesa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology & Communication), Diploma in Public Relations and is an accredited coach of Extraordinary Leader™, Advanced DISC™ and Fortius Mindset™ assessments and programs. She holds membership with the International Association of Facilitators.
